When you’re looking for something to lend a little heft to the meal, you can’t go wrong with mushrooms. -Noelle Carter, for the LA Times
The Joel Palmer House has a fascination with mushrooms, and the Los Angeles Times is joining in! The LA Times recently published an article titled Easy dinner recipes: Hearty mushroom ideas for Meatless Monday, which featured Joe’s Wild Mushroom Soup.
