The brand new cocktail bar in Hotel Oregon featuring vintage cocktails and special small plates! Visit them Fridays and Saturdays 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. at 310 N.E. Evans Street, McMinnville, OR 97128.
Located on the main floor of the hotel, right off the entry way, this new addition to the hotel is a perfect place for locals and travelers to enjoy craft cocktails in downtown McMinnville. The cocktail menu offers classic cocktails, with a twist. Think Sazeracs, Moscow Mules and Whiskey Sours.
The space was inspired by an oversized Carter the Great poster featuring the famous magician that has long graced Hotel Oregon. The result is a laid back and plush atmosphere where guests can sip on classic cocktails. The bartender and new Hotel Oregon Bar Manager is Jason Molinaro.
The McMenamins Cosmic Bartenders just returned from Versailles, Kentucky, where they created their own special batch of Woodford Reserve, which is featured in Carter’s Cosmic Whisky Sour.
